These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration. Continuing to use luckyspins after any revision means you accept the updated version, which we will notify you about via your registered email address.

We will notify you of material changes at least 7 days in advance via email. Minor clarifications may be made immediately. Your continued use of the account after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Verified balances in your account wallet are returned to your original deposit method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — within 5 business days of closure, provided no outstanding dispute or investigation is in progress under these terms.

Submit your dispute in writing to our compliance email within 30 days of the decision. Include your account ID and the specific clause you believe was applied incorrectly. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 14 business days.

The same account terms apply regardless of your payment method. However, specific transaction limits and processing timelines for UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are detailed in the Payments section of these terms and may differ by method.

Log in and navigate to Account Settings, then select Data Requests. You can download your transaction history or submit a deletion request there. Deletions are completed within 30 days, subject to any legal hold obligations we hold.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available only where local law permits. We recommend you confirm whether access is lawful in your specific state before opening an account or making any deposit.
