Data Encryption

All personal data — name, contact details, payment records — is encrypted at rest and in transit using current industry-standard protocols. We do not store raw payment credentials from UPI, Paytm or PhonePe on our servers.

Cookie Controls

Our cookie policy gives you control over non-essential tracking. A consent banner appears on your first visit; you can adjust preferences at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Account Access Logs

Every login to your account is timestamped and the device fingerprint recorded. If we detect an unusual access pattern, we will prompt a re-verification step before allowing further account activity.

Data Retention Schedule

We hold account data for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by applicable law after closure. You can request a summary of what we hold at any time by contacting our compliance team.

Right to Access and Correction

Account Closure and Deletion

We collect the details you provide during registration — name, email address, contact number and payment method identifiers used through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Device and session data is also logged for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Email our compliance team with your registered account ID and a copy of your identity document. We will compile your data summary and send it to your registered email address within the timeframe required by applicable law in your region.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Data is shared only with payment processors such as UPI and Paytm rails, fraud-prevention services, and regulatory bodies where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Contact support by live chat or email, quoting your account ID and the specific field you need corrected. For name or identity changes, we will request a supporting document before applying the update to your account records.

After account closure, we delete data that is no longer required for legal or regulatory compliance. Certain records — including transaction history linked to PhonePe, Paytm or UPI deposits — may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Disputes are handled under the jurisdiction clause set out in our full Terms of Use document. Where applicable law permits, we will attempt to resolve complaints directly before any formal process is initiated. Contact our compliance desk to start that process.

We send a notification to your registered email address whenever we make a material change to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy. The updated document is also published in our help centre with a revision date clearly displayed.
